Download the BaseX app from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app and follow the onboarding steps to create your account. You'll need to verify your identity to unlock full trading capabilities.

To verify your account, you'll need a valid government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID) and proof of address. The verification process typically takes a few minutes.

You can deposit funds via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or by transferring crypto from another wallet. Go to the "Add Funds" section in the app and select your preferred method.

TradeX charges zero trading fees for most transactions. Network fees (gas fees) may apply for onchain transactions and are paid to the blockchain network, not TradeX.

Navigate to the asset you want to trade, tap "Buy" or "Sell", enter the amount, review the details, and confirm your trade. You can place market orders for instant execution or limit orders to set your desired price.

TradeX supports thousands of cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and many more. We also support various tokens and emerging assets. Check the app for the full list of available assets in your region.

TradeX uses industry-leading security measures including cold storage for the majority of assets, multi-signature wallets, encryption, and regular security audits. We also maintain insurance coverage for added protection.

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security by requiring a second form of verification (like a code from your phone) in addition to your password. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA on your account.
